Meet Our Ambassador
         Freje Randall

My story starts with my grandmother being diagnosed with diabetes.  At the age of 10, I felt compelled to learn more  about diabetes and to bring awareness to it in our community.  Through the love of dance and a duty to serve my community, the Dancing4diabetes organization was born.  I have spent the last 11 years participating in health workshops and volunteering my time to various community based organizations.  Because of my service and dedication to dance, I have been recognized by several Houston based leaders (Sheila Jackson Lee, Al Green, Ron Reynolds, and Sylvester Turner), danced at the Grammy awards show with Lizzo, and have had the honor of being included in The New Stereotype book which highlights young people making a difference.
